400 YEARS of FREE EDUCATION, of being slaves, in building all the whites farms, homes, mansions, roads, libraries and schools… and they still have not become a FREE THINKING people who have USED these CENTURIES of HANDS ON knowledge to build their OWN HOMES, SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS AND FARMS…

stop blaming the white man for YOUR laziness. IF the empty belly of your child can not MAKE you do for self, then no one is to blame but YOU!

Stop begging the white man to FREE you and FREE yourself and use the 400 years of enforced slavery and all your experience in building, nursing, farming, inventing and animal husbandry to do FOR SELF!!!!

For the senate or american government to ‘apologize’ for slavery is NOT going to heal the wounds of all those millions who were enslaved, are enslaved, raped, prostituted, kidnapped and murdered.

Do I expect the white race to PAY monetarily for the abuses… no. Do I expect the white race to supply emotional recompense such as counseling for the emotional trauma through the centuries no…

In being non white and having as a people and as an individual I have encountered racism, severe from whites, yes… however I can not in all honestly blame the white race as a whole for the effects on me or my progenitors.

I must BLAME the black race, predominently the black male in that if the black male had chosen NOT to breed in slavery, such as the Native American, and had he not chosen to serve the white man: growing his crops, building his house, allowing himself and his family to be sold etc, chattle slaveryWOULD NOT of lasted for 400 years in the Americas. NO PROGENY born in slavery, no future slaves. And before black males try to CLAIM they were forced to join in the RAPE of black females, for that is what it was… and ergo promoted the extention of slavery for centuries… the black male NOW in the PRESENT needs to look at himself today breeding and BREEDING without having any means of support and most black women raising their children on their OWN.

No INTELLIGENT species, in fact NO SPECIES but man BREEDS without having SUFFICIENT means in which to feed, shelter AND protect their young.

even back in AFRICA, males were NOT allowed to breed unless they could PROVE they COULD AND WERE WILLING to provide for their family.

and before blaming the white man on your child being hungry, remember HE did not make you ‘hit’ it before having the money to SUPPORT your child. Besides all the monies spent on drugs, liquor, porno, videos, music, 200 dollar shoes, clubbing, gold and diamond jewelry could of been used and STILL can be used in buying LAND to feed your children. Why are there no black farms? why are blacks still on welfare??? Blacks had 400 YEARS of FREE

But, going back to the ‘apology’, maybe the black male needs to APOLOGIZE for not after 4 CENTURIES of not getting his stuff together and doing what SUPERIOR MALES do in ALL other species on this planet.

No amount of financial compensation will erase the past but it needs to be given nonetheless. It should be in the form of direct compensation as well as funding for beneficial social programs and community development. In this way individuals that want to waste their money on material things can do so and the next generation can still get some benefit. Sadly none of this will change the level of disrspect from outside the Black community nor will it boost the self-esteem and change the lack of intellct and self-respect of those within the community.

absolutely not, I come from two sides of the tree Cherokee and African American. I Truly should be mad from a double wammie. I am not mad, its just that this White Establishment has been lying to the General public for over two hundred years. Case in Point-The Constitution did not become ratified until the North (white) acknowledged the authority of Slavery in the Southern States. The 3/5th Amendment.
The Gettysburg Address, did not free Slaves, please check the intricate details of the Treaty of 1783. Abraham Lincoln stated that he wished that he could save the Union without freeing one single Slave. The Civil War was not about Slavery it was about the Rights of States to govern themselves with the intervention of the Federal Government.
Any time you hear some White person say that it has nothing to do with racism, you better look again and look again very hard. They know how docile the African American can become.
The Southern Baptist Convention tried to apologize a couple of years back by having some Black Minister stand up and state that “All is Forgiven,” I am glad that the mainstream African American
Church told them to stick it in so many words.
That piece of paper that they are talking about passing is not worth the blood, sweat and tears that so many slaves died for. Another thing that they do not tell you is that JEWS, played an intricate part of the Slave Trade and you can check the records of Lloyd’s of London. They do not wish for you to know this, but it is true, just check the original records of those Slave holders ships, they were Jews, Israeli, whatever. On the side of my Native American ancestors, they have made a pledge that wounded knee will never happen again, and Brothers and Sisters, I definitely believe them.
Last, but not the least, if White America keeps telling Blacks to get off their Butts and get a Job, then Why not Give Everyone of the Black Population their true share or 40 acres and a mule and watch what materialize.
That apology can never satisfy me on either side o my heritage.

I really don’t know whether to accept the apology or not. What’s done is done and you can’t take something like SLAVERY back or apologize for it. We are still going through a period of slavery. Just a bit different because the times have changed over the years. I work in a small co. where the W people say and do slick sh * *. They sometimes still try to order you around (ask me not tell me) on the side. I don’t take sh * * from any of them. I’m not following orders. I’m not a waitress and I’m not a slave. Never was. (we have done enough conferences and symposiums,etc.) proactively ,planned ,implemented,reassessed, fine-tuned and included our youths ideas then prepared!!, all on board after having reconciled our differences and priorities with some representative covenant ,incorporating kwanza principles, doctrines of the oic program ,transafrica, lessons from martin,malcolm, marcus, dubois,naacp,urban leaguether,tavis initiatives and other serious well thought out socio-economic,health care,financial/cultural educational( empowering support components)action plans. showing we love ourselves and reconnecting with our motherland AFRICAN roots (will require some major reprogramming,lol) and encouraging our youth to do also is the real reparations reward we provide for ourselves and CAN provide in tandem with us the village, filling in the gaps in our kids (and your neighbors kids!!)education! now those type of tutoring/enhancement workshops and conferences we do need! mostly about grass roots scrifices from 35-50 y/o bros and sis!!A can do focused energy on implementing FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR YOUTH WHAT EVER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE FOR JUST 5-10 HOURS OF THE 168 hrs. IN A WEEK. and we wont have the same”wow things our terrible and too many kids are wild and juvenile” convo.10 years from now! LOOK IN MIRROR PEOPLE NOT FOR! SOME PROCLAMATION ! P.S.
