to “drive” means to be involved in COMMERCE.

ex: a bus or truck DRIVER, a taxi-cab DRIVER. sumone carrying passengers or good/products, who are being paid.

when you go to Court is SOUNDS like English, but they speaking another language cuz the words have a different meaning/contex than they would in a regular conversation.

#1 a REAL CRIME means a “person” was injured AND/OR property was damaged.
“person” = NATURAL person (flesh and blood) versus 14th Amendment corporate fiction, ex: “THE STATE OF NEW YORK” (fictional person)

#2 you CANNOT get arrested for traffic-related things.

aka violation of motor-vehicle codes is a NON-ARRESTABLE offense.

if the Cops say “he or she did XYZ”….
and YOU say “I DID NOT do XYZ”…..
and the Judge believes what the Cops say WITHOUT ANY PROOF….

it is a Violation of your Constitutional Rights to a fair and impartial judgement.
