Its crazy how people would kill to save money …. That takes the fun out of the holidays … and these are GROWN adults!!!!! its really sad we already have so much to stress about so why?????

Marusha, that’s because we have come to measure the quality of our lives based on what “items, products” and “goods” we possess instead of the intelligence and wisdom we should possess. In Long Island, NY A Walmart employee gets trampled to death by a crowd, In Palm Desert Cali, two men are shot to death in a Toys R Us by two kids, In Texas a mother shoots another mother in the neck over a Wii, In Michigan, A man follows a woman out to the parking lot who just bought the last Xbox player – gets in an argument with her that he saw the item first – get’s so upset that he opens her back car door, unbuckles her baby from the car seat and threatens to throws the baby into moving traffic. This is what it has boiled down to! A shame!

..and that’s not even mentioning the thousands of people who camp out hours on end waiting for these stores are opened. Just goes to show how easily people can be manipulated to do something that adds absolutely no VALUE to their personal well being. The smart people will wait for the week after Christmas to get the REAL deals, while these fools fight for limited items.

I went black friday shopping this morning…but I went to a 24 hr Walmart in West Virginia so it wasn’t bad. I was only there for about a hour. Got what I needed. My advice is to keep your cool and for goodness sake don’t bring a gun to a toys r us. There is no reason for you to walk around with a gun in a toy story…and I partially have to wonder what type of woman would do that. I mean she had to have known her boyfriend/husband had a gun on him and it was loaded. And there is no reason to get into a fight at a toy store…it’s just low class.

i think people should spend extra few bucks after black friday and save their lives nothing worth someones life over a gift

LAST NIGHT WHILE BEING OH SO F**KED UP….FOR NO REASON… I WAS ROLLING PAST BEST BUY AND SEEN MUTHA F**KAS IN TENTS AND CHAIRS WITH THERE BABIES…ON EVERYTHING THERE IS NO PRODUCT…ITEM ANY THING THAT CAN BREAK DOWN IN A COUPLE OF YEARS WORTH FIGHTING FOR…THESE BE THE SAME MUTHA F**KA WHO CAN’T PAY THEY BILLS ON TIME OR WAIT TO PAY A BILL PROBABLY GOT BAD CREDITED OR WHAT NOT….AND IM NOT SAYING ALL DO…BUT DAMN IS IT REALLY WORTH ACTING A DAMN FOO..AND CAMPING WHEN U CAN BE SLEEP IN UR BED AFTER EATTING SUCH A GOOD MEAL SMH DUECES****

I don’t understand why, Companies maintain lower prices year round just like in foreign countries! I think companies would actually profit more on a yearly basis….The way ppl in PA, were acting in public today was SHAMEFULL!! Old ppl & pregnant ladies fighting for items, that wont even matter once spring hits and there are newer games and consoles!!

I thought it was funny watching folks ready to kill each other over buying stuff.

Every year same stupid sh*t! They do have Christmas in other countries don’t they? Why is it I don’t see them causing a riot over buying things? Inherently American it seems… what’s wrong with some of us?

I predicted it would happen and it did …massive chaos! ..and believe it or not this is just the beginning. There’s gonna be a world-wide shortage of food soon and that’s when you’ll see a real disaster among people.

Never attended any Black Friday events until today and i was shocked because it was nothing like anybody ever said. It was at a Walmart that was 24hrs in the suburbs of Chicago (Algonquin) and everybody was very nice and respectful. NO lines or anything i got most of what i wanted and the sale items were spread out in the store so people had to go to different places and get in line and the big saver electronics were not put out, you had to have a ticket for those. I was in and out and nobody got hurt of upset….hmmmmnnn maybe im just lucky?

damn..why is it so easy to get people to act a fool, but almost impossible to get the majority of people to act like they have some sense in their head? How many of these fools would be camped out all night, if Barnes and Noble had a 75% off everything in the store sale? Only way thats happening is if they start selling XBox’s!

Smh…ppls is stupid not that serious..i guess today dignifies how cheap everybody is ..its all good cuz im chaep too lol ..but bein cheap and fightin over these prices ridiculous!

This story reminds me of the black friday riot of 1995 that had five people fighting over the last playstation in the store, the game console was new and their kids said they wanted it for xmas or else.. Or even worse was the great stampede of 1983 when 10 people got into fight over the last box of S-curl on the shelf.. I wonder what they will be fighting over 10 years from now, I might camp out and record the action for a reality show to watch on the flatscreen bought during the big rush of 2006

Thats ashame people think that happieness comes on a store shelf. When I was a kid I didn’t get a lot of toys and one year my dad reminded me that there are kids who are starving in the world and would never even dream of getting a video game system let alone an action figure. There are way more important things in life than holiday bargains.

I just thank God I dont need “Black Friday”. I can on in a sotre and biy what I want whenever I want. I’ve never even THOUGHT about going shopping on black friday. People actually get away with that sh*t. The story in the number one spot is ridiculous. I never even heard of it.

lol..ppl r crazy…I do my christmas shopping throughout the year..you can find deals all year on items..and the things that I want but the price isn’t all that appealing to me, I wait til later on in the day of black friday and do what I gota do..I’m glad my daughter is only 3 (as of Dec. 7th)…I’m going to teach her that christmas is really a time of giving and not receiving so she one day doesn’t feel the need to wait in bogus lines trying to buy up everything for her kids..
