It is a good thing that African Americans never took the time to wait on White Americans to them what is or isn’t racism. We all know how that would have ended.

Thing is this, Obama is probably the only President that actually gets public opinion and try to get bipartisanship with reform. Can we not remember when Hillary Clinton was trying to put in place a Universal Health Care system, and the heads of these insurance companies paid that women off to shut her mouth about the whole thing, and even before that they have been trying everything in their power to postpone this change from happening….why? Because they know its going to hurt their pockets and weaken their power in this country. And if any of you guys don’t like Obama’s health plan, well why don’t you guys try proposing a bill of your own that you do like. All words an no action…that’s the problem with Americans. I think we can all agree that a change needs to happen with our health care system…atleast Obama is doing SOMETHING to change it. For all the talk about this being about policy or method to achieve goals, actions speak louder than words. The prestige of the office of president was tested when people tried to get others accustomed to President Obama being referred simply as Obama and “conveniently” dropping the word “President”. Now, decency is being tested further with knowingly disrespectful outbursts. You know, if someone would have said that would happen with a black president, racists (eager as always to downplay or deny what is happening even as it happens) would have claimed that this was an exaggeration or someone would have been told to “stop playing the victim” or the latest lie, fake reverse discrimination and an accusation that your statement was racist and that in America “everyone gets a fair chance”. However, lately it seems that freedom, respect, and civility only applies when it suits the racist. If you really want to see the “warm up” for disrespecting black men as they continue to make new achievements, watch the old and probably some of the current Fox News shows where people are drowned out by the likes of Sean Hannity and others before they get a fair chance to make their point. Bottom line, for all the “traditional Christians” who hide their racism behind political word games, true Christians don’t delight in lies and slandering others. Ever hear of a “worker of iniquity”? How ironic that the word lie was used to drown out the President’s attempt to get a fair chance to be heard. It’s never previously been about the office. People used to respect the office of president regardless of whether they agreed with the policies and political party of the person in office. When future generations study history, they will see obvious over the top unsolicited name calling, false accusations, exaggerations, and attempts to do nothing short of obstruction of the first black president. How are these resentful racists, so afraid of having to see their false superiority for what it is, going to look to future generations who also see a man maintain his civility despite all the obvious provocations? I think what really angers racists is that without segregation, there are now generations of white America that have had a chance to see that black people have as much intelligence, potential and ambition as anyone of any other race. Switch from the White House controlled press and watch FoxNews for more than two minutes a day and you might become aware of red meat facts, not emotional cereal. You might also find that it doesn’t HURT to develop opinions based on KNOWLEDGE rather than 30 second sound bites.

The racism game which has been played by both parties is a means to turn American against American. In Obama’s case, he uses classism. Read Saul Alinksys book Rules for Radicals. This is what Obama is basing his agenda off of. This tactic has been used by govts around the globe to keep opressed people opressed and a certain standard of living.

The health care bill is meant to strip your rights and independence away so u will be dependent on govt and “UNCLE” Obama.

Point is Obama has more important things to worry about then some of these ignorant folks.

Ooo. I love a good arguement, let me c if I can add to it.
First, why after just being elected would Obama attempt to get American citizens totally dependent on him, or UNCLE Obama as some seem to call him. Why if he is only going to be in power for four years does he want all Americans to depend on him? Obama doesn’t own any health insurance companies or anything like that so what would he gain by enslaving us to the whims of health care. Every president in history has only ever done anything for one of two things, for the people or for themselves. Obama has nothing to gain by making us dependent on the govt if in four to eight years he will no longer be affiliated, i. e. Won’t make any money from it. It was stated before but it should be stated again, America is run by corporations. Corporations decide if we fight wars and corporations influence what laws r passed. This is why dems r having a hard time passing bills right now. If Obama doesn’t own a corporation(like the BUSH family) there is no point in making us slaves to a system you have no stake in.
