For a president who inherited a cesspool of economic, political and social challenges, Barack Obama gets an A+ from me. He has the burden of digging through the filth and manure left behind by an administration that failed to proactively respond to a country that was sinking deeper and deeper into the dark abyss of an economic tsunami fueled by the sub-prime mortgage fallout, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, domestic & foreign policy, health care, unemployment, illegal immigration, etc. The ignorant legacy of the Bush Administration is to blame for bringing America to its knees; Obama is systematically and with precise methodology creating a Plan-of-Action designed to resurrect America, restoring it back to the great and powerful nation that it once was. President Obama was confronted with a national emergency paralleled in scope and magnitude to that confronted by only FDR. He has a huge task facing him, and he needs the support of the American citizenry.

With unemployment at an all-time high of 10%, national morale is understandably down. American citizens of are overwhelmed with anxiety about how to feed their children and how to keep a roof over their heads, but I believe that we can trust in the strong, transformative and restorative leadership of Barack Obama to lead, guide and direct this country back to a full recovery!

President Obama is NOT the “MAGIC NEGRO”. He needs time to tackle these critical issues that threaten us from at home and abroad, and he needs time to bring America back into a semblance of balance and restored prosperity. I believe that at the end of the day, President Barack Obama will go down in history as one of the greatest leaders this nation has ever had. Rome was not build in a day. HE NEEDS TIME…

Health care pretty much just went into the trash today. So much for the public option. How the hell does he get a noble peace prize, for what?
