We as black people, along with other people of color need to put down the petty misgivings we have and unite against a corrupt and inherently evil system of organized profiling, incarceration, and oppression. I have experienced the cold unjust hand of “their” legal system and it is severely flawed. We the exploited and targeted people of color, of an immoral and anglo-centric legal system must stand against this and bring forth the wrath of what ever god you believe in by any means necessary. We have been victims for far too long of a unbalanced separatist society. If enough people show extreme reactions to these blatant affronts on our blackness, our right to self-preservation and survival, hell our right to exist, we will be triumphant against the white anarchy machine that is this corrupt legal system of these Divided States of Embarrassment. Wake up from this dream, we’re all half dead and don’t know it until the Po-lice get us.

What is going on with the cops today? It just gets worse and worse. Or, has the proliferation of cell phones with video capabilities just made it more evident? How do we stop this madness? When did police officers get permission to be bullies? Remember when they were known as peace officers? When I grew up cops were the good guys, now I am wary of anyone in uniform. Apparently there seems to be a sense of entitlement to bully that comes with a badge. It’s not just our police either, the entire “justice” system is out of control!!!

hi im francis , a police officer should not beat somebody in public even a teenager and the same time a girl. he must be punished.bcos a police officer maintain peace but he is rather bullying.

This is what started groups like the SLA in Oakland, CAlifornia. There will be an upraising if this keeps up. Vigilante groups will start taking care of the citizens if the Police let their own get away with abstract judgment happen as it is doing.

What the ordinary person does and gets arrested by the police the police seem to do the same and somehow get away with it. Is this what is called abuse of power

From the video you can clearly see the subject took a swing at the officer 1st. He opened up a whoopass. What would of happened if he just turned around and let the officers place him back under arrest. Hhhmmmmmmmmmmm. Maybe next time all YOU people who feel the officers were wrong should go and deal with the guy yourself after he breaks into your place and who knows give your wife HIV and Hepititas C. Wonder how you will feel then.

From my personal observation the young man did not throw any punch or punches at all it looked like he was attacked by the 3 officers when he politely opened the door for them and who knows maybe he was set free to go and after the police assaulted him they changed it to he was mistakenly released so it’s not this young mans fault at all and I think based upon the video and the circ**stances he should sue the State of Seattle. I think he has a good case.
