Sharpton is doing what he does best. Whipping up racial tension where none existed before he and his bad perm got there. Beck’s rally has NOTHING to do with race. Beck is honoring the memory of Dr King because just as King stood against the government’s de facto approval of racism, Beck and those who support him are standing up against the government’s de facto takeover of one portion of our lives after another. Beck is not ‘turning back the clock’. He has neither said nor done anything to even come close to that. The media has jumped all over Beck when he said, “Whites don’t own Abraham Lincoln. Glenn Beck and Rush are paid to dissent. They won’t touch AIPAC if their lives depended upon it, even though they scream about less spending. Now they want help from the banks now as if it’s the banks fault entirely. Of course the banks are culpable, but since when should someone take on full responsibility of your mistake? Unless you can actually prove FRAUD (some people actually wrote down their real income and had shady bankers actually change it so that the loan would be approved) then you shouldn’t get NOTHING from the Government. The Government shouldn’t be helping LAZY people. This is what Libertarians talk about when they say less Govt intervention. They are saying if people are too lazy or if Banks are too reckless, the Govt shouldn’t be there to bail them out. You plantation democrats ain’t trying to hear that one though. Just like those slaves who ratted out Nat Turner or were too scared to run with Miss Tubman, some of ya’ll ain’t trying to leave Plantation Democrat and go for self.
