NYPD Taunts Police-Baton Rape Accuser
Michael Mineo, a Brooklyn Tattoo artist, who was allegedly sodomized with a police baton by police officers on October this year was taunted by plain clothes police officers in court earlier this week.
Mineo stared down the three officer who were accused of sodomizing him. Plain clothes officers began to taunt him and call him a f—t. Mineo responded by blowing kisses at the cops.
A Brooklyn grand jury has voted to indict Police Officer Richard Kern for allegedly sodomizing Michael Mineo, 24, of Brooklyn on a subway platform, with a metal baton. Kern is being charged with aggravated sexual abuse and assault.
DNA evidence of the Mineo’s was found on equipment on Kern. Officers Alex Cruz and Andrew Morales are charged with hindering prosecution and official misconduct. Mineo charges that officers pinned him down and Richard Kern sodomized him with the baton after he fled the officers for smoking marijuana outside a subway station in Brooklyn. This is not the first time a minority was sodomized by an NYPD officer.

I am a jamaican and i have never benn called a nigga in my life until i came to New York in 76 and was stopped on the streets of Flatbush in Brooklyn. The DT’s roughed me up and tried to pin a robbery on me that i knew nothing about. And me being the RUDEBOY that i am i back talked them. They told me that i was CRAZY while spewing their favourite word..N****r trying to piss me off and intimidate me. It did not work. i laughed at them and asked the loudest one to remove his gun and let’s go one on one. His b***h ass punked out. He would have gotten his food eaten that day. I was in the Marines and was coming home to Brooklyn one day when i was stopped on the Jersey turnpike. The trooper called me a n****r and when he found out that i was a marine he apologized and told me to go. B***h ass CRACKER..My greatest wish is to be in Jamaica with MY BOYS and run into one of those cops on vacation.. HAHAHA..My DOGS would eat their f**king food and dump the f**king body. Cops are Big Pussies without their guns and Police friends to protect them. Sleazy ass b***h ass f****ts. And what’s up with that sticking a Metal baton up a man’s ass. That’s some real homo s**t.
