Better material? BP is right to spread the word on this issue. I live in Oakland and this city is in trouble. Since the New Year’s morning execution of a young black man, Oscar Grant, on the platform of BART, to the controversial killings of these 4 OPD officers, tension between cops and the community has been high. It’s like a powder keg here and these events are clearly leading to a blowup. BP is right to publicize this national news.
