These uneducated degenerates need to realize Obama cant do anything just because he wants it to be done. He has to propose a bill which will then be sent to congress to either be passed or vetoed. Congress controls this country not the president. The president is nothing more than a face for the government. A figurehead. His face represents every one behind the scenes of the government. So when its all said and done.. he really isnt the most powerful man in the country afterall.. but he is still our president. And since we are on the subject lets switch over to voting. Yours or our votes do not determine who becomes president. It only racks up a percentage which then in turn decides who the electoral colleges will vote for. If with one president having the popular vote the electoral colleges do have the ability to vote against the popular vote. Electoral colleges elect presidents.. we dont. But our votes still count to an extent. What i dont understand is Obama has already shown more action than what bush has in his 8 years of service as our president… so why all of a sudden are people influenced that Obama isnt doing any thing to benefit the people. Think about it every thing that bush failed to do and had in the process of doing has fallen onto Obama and congress. Obama has already vetoed many bills that would have hurt our country. The health thing has been in the works since bush was in office… longer school days has been in the works since bush was in office… its like people just take small tad bits of information and blow it totally out of proportion without knowing the true facts. Kind of like how these kids watch tv and the rap music videos and think drug dealing or rapping is the only way to be successful. False advertisement.

All politicians are big on lip service. It’s not Obama’s fault. Not sure why people expect things to be different with him. Obama can’t wave a magic wand and fix all of your problems. They all have people to whom they answer, from the regular folk who voted for them, all the way to the big business interests that REALLY call the shots in the country. On another hand, I’m getting pretty tired of New Orleans crying the blues while making little to no attempt to do for themselves. Even before Katrina, many (maybe not most, but many) people down there have sat on their lazy azzes waiting for a handout. Since Katrina, many have been taking the government’s mishandling of the storm a tad too far. Now that Bush is out and the Great Black Messiah Obama is in, they’ve been expecting him to open the bank vaults for them. Since he hasn’t done that to they’re liking, they’re disappointed, and now they’re popping off. While New Orleans has words for the president, the rest of the country has words for them. “Get off your butts and try helping yourselves a bit. We felt bad for you during your storm and we’re helping you all we can, but we’re NOT going to support you much longer!”

Lol…Obama apologists are starting to make me laugh..How long will you keep making the same excuses about him being new…I understand he can’t change things over night, but what you people HAVE TO REALIZE is, Obama is NOT DOING ANYTHING different than his predecessors..If anyone thinks he is, please detail it for me…People have to also realize, that all this stimulus and bailout money is going to result is some serious inflation down the road..When that happens, you’re going to see prices on food, energy etc. skyrocket…when that happens along with 12-20% real unemployment, what do you think this country is going to look like? it will be martial law in the streets when people start to rise up!
