Washington — In 2008, Barack Obama rode the backs of Blacks and Hispanics to the presidency at high voting rates. But will he duplicate his high voter turnout come 2012 with high Black unemployment, and the record breaking number of deportations of illegal immigrants by his administration?

A new poll shows that President Obama’s support from Blacks and Hispanics has dipped slightly. His approval rating with Hispanics has dropped from 65 percent to 56 and seven percent for Blacks from 92 to 85 percent.

The poll conducted by Gallup may worry many in the Obama Administration as the Republican and Tea Party opposition are banking on high turn-out to eject Obama from office.
