Since the begining of the 2008 presidential election, there has been an uprise of racism in this country. When african Americans was taken from their homeland being bought and sold into slavery seperated from families, that was okay. When our ancestors suffered working sun up and sund down in fields with whips lashing against their backs, it was okay. On a day to day basis being call the “N” word because the white people thought that we wasn’t worthy enough to be called by our names, that was okay. Not being able to go to school with the same respect as white people, that was okay. Giving up our seat on the bus after a hard days work, that was okay. But now that change has arrived, and Yes, He’s a black man and the republicans and the ones that voted against him can’t take it. They can’t take the fact that he’s an sophisticated and intelligent black man that’s well equipped and elligble to do and handle the job as being our first Black president. He didn’t win the election because he was black, he didn’t win the election because he won majority of the votes. He won because it was ordained by God that Obama was needed in the plan to turn United States around. You all seen and heard the presidential election. With all hatred and racism aside judge it honest and in truth. Who spoke wiht intelligence and gave you hope for a better tomorrow??? Obama did. Who was looking for ways to build up the economy for “all” people? Obama was. Who has more experience with all people whether they were black, white, hispanic and etc…? Obama. When Bush signed a stimulus last year, there wasn’t a mumble word said. But now that Obama signed a stimulus, it’s a problem. November 2008 was a break through that was needed for this country.
