I enjoyed the footage and the interviews and the pictures. Helped give me a perspective on the extent of value the Prez has for those who came before him and their contributions, his own appreciation of the art involved with physical prowess, and how he derives a philosophy from that to assist him in relaxing and handling stress. All were inspirational for me.
