A lawyer for Bresha Meadows, accused of killing her allegedly abusive father, says she is not receiving proper mental health treatment while in detention.

An Ohio judge is considering whether to release Ohio teen Bresha Meadows, 15, who was accused of killing her allegedly abusive father.

Brandi Meadows, Bresha's mother, tearfully spoke about her family's pain. “She is my hero. I wasn’t strong enough to get out and she helped me," Meadows told reporters gathered at her home.
