Chicago's prosecutor vacated 18 criminal drug convictions of 15 men who were framed by convicted former Chicago police officers.

The attorneys for two cops accused of sexual assault are using smear tactics against the accuser to avoid an indictment. However, the prosecutor isn't buying that strategy.

John Bunn, 39, was just 15 years old in 1991 when a jury found him and another teen, Rosean Hargrave, guilty of murdering an off-duty corrections officer and attempting to kill another man. The convictions were won with information from corrupt NYPD Detective Louis Scarcella.
