On March 16, TV One’s Uncensored featured what is now the last formal interview of late, great rapper Earl “DMX” Simmons.

Rapper DMX's final interview before he died is set to air on TVOne on the network's popular "Uncensored" series.

DMX's family and friends will come together to honor his life and legacy with two scheduled events after his sudden passing.

The rapper passed away on Friday after being hospitalized at White Plains Hospital in New York.

Fans and supporters are planning a Monday prayer vigil to lend support to rapper DMX, who was placed on life support after suffering from a heart attack on Friday.

DMX has reportedly been hospitalized following a drug overdose and heart attack at his home in suburban New York City. TMZ reported the rapper was in "grave condition."

DMX was taken into custody for violating conditions of his bail by leaving a drug rehab prematurely and failing a drug test.

DMX could serve up to five years in prison after pleading guilty in federal court to tax evasion.
