Eric Johnson, the second-ever Black mayor of Dallas, is switching to Republican months after winning reelection by running as a Democrat.
Cpl. Eric Johnson, 20, who goes by the name "Santana Sage," was arrested on Tuesday at the Marine Corps Air Station in Yuma, Arizona by U.S. Marshals.
