The women claim they were subjugated and retaliated against for speaking out over the alleged abuse they endured under Dr. Mahendra Amin, including nonconsensual hysterotomies and other unnecessary medical procedures.
The girl's mother and her live-in boyfriend were arrested Friday and charged with domestic battery, permitting abuse of a minor, and endangering welfare of a minor.
