A Chicago watchdog group that investigated the 2015 police shooting deaths of Quintonio LeGrier and Bettie Jones have ruled the slayings "unjustified."

The Cook County State's Attorney's office said Friday that no criminal charges will come against Chicago, Illinois police officer Robert Rialmo, who fatally shot 19-year-old Quintonio LeGrier and mistakenly Bettie Jones, who was a grandmother standing by LeGrier during a fatal incident in 2015.
