It’s no surprise…I mean jr. high kids were having sex when I was there…don’t act like it’s new! I just can’t believe that people, any race or bg, would want to be involved in something like this. Clearly, this is not what happens when my mom and dad are not around, because they taught me better. No money is worth the loss of my morals, character, and self-worth. These people are ridiculous, and I say that not caring if they are FAMU students or not. Get it together people!

Being very familiar with the author’s past work, I wouldn’t be terribly shocked if this is a hoax.

Its not the school that should be embarrassed, its the families of the students that should be!

The school shouldn’t be, but it is trying to distance itself from this video. I’m an alum of FAMU and this isn’t at the university. It is a contest and I’m not sure these are law students knowing they have the character and fitness exam. What law student, in their right mind,wpuld put themself out like this?

Are you kidding me? Please, what about other schools with frat parties and rapes, naked miles, and parties where the attire is nothing. I understand it is not ideal but you are talking about consenting adults, maybe not the most moral but morality can not be regulated to this extent. I think to often we set unrealistic standards and expectations for ourselves. Any expression of sexuality is considered inappropriate: black women clothed in a video are viewed as hoes while white women screwing on stage for spring break are viewed as sexy and fun. This would not even be an issue with white students, it is more of a norm. I wouldn’t do it, but damn I am not about to throw stones just because of skin color and other then color it wouldn’t be considered news worthy.

So a bunch of college kids wanted to make a sex tape, who cares?

Considering these individuals are supposedly law students I would say they just messed up their careers. When seeking admission to the ABA everyone has to go through a “Morals Check” and with this scandal, they will not pass muster. All that money whether scholarship, grant, or student loans, will basically be washed down the drain if they wanted to become attorneys. If they get kicked out of school, they can’t even get their J.D. I wonder, was it really worth it?

You say it’s “real” but how do you know for sure that the “students” are actually real FAMU students? Personally, I doubt it.

I would be surprised if this effected their careers as profoundly as people thing. This sex act is protected by the 4th and 5th amendment. If sexual practice is some how a bar to jump over, I think that would be a step backward. Not that I support a special class of protection based upon sexuality, however a decision by FAMU to hinder the students concerning this incident, they tend to be moving away and not closer to the Bill of Rights we would hope they support.

I attend FAMU although I havent seen the video, friends of mine seen it and confirmed that those are not our dorms. They said it was BCU dorm rooms. I havent seen it but I doubt if it was here.

They have to live with it its funny how Blacks Bring attention to them selves and how people keep say its not FAMU well alum I hate to say it but you dont have to make something like that on campus either Just like those could be student from anouther college and posing. thing is no one would not have know had for once we minded our business you dont here the other schools on there and its some pretty high ranking schools one there. so i say if its real, oh well if fake, still oh well. you cant do anything to them due to constitution rights and the students are safe under that as well so its a situation where you have to really call 2 tears in a bucket….
