Zackya Gordon, a former Whole Foods employee from Brooklyn, New York, says that she was terminated after she told her boss that she was pregnant.
Gordon is filing for unspecified damages for gender and pregnancy discrimination.
After revealing she was pregnant last July, Gordon was repeatedly reprimanded over “false and fabricated accusations” before getting the ax in November, her suit says.
“They said I was throwing the change down and cursing out customers,” Gordon told The Post.
