Nathan Wayne Gustavsson, 23, and Joseph Martin Backman, 28, have both pleaded guilty to aiding shooter Allen Scarsella in a Minneapolis shooting at a November 2015 Black Lives Matter protest for police victim Jamar Clark.
The report does not change the "facts of this tragedy: Officer Betty Shelby shot and killed Terence Crutcher," the lawyer said in a statement.
