Jacob Rush, a straight-A student at Abeka Academy in Pensacola, Florida, was being forced by school administrators to cut his locs in order to participate in his graduation ceremony until his mother, Â Latrenda Rush, started a Change.org petition in protest, gaining over 53,000 signatures.
