Negro Bill Canyon
Utah's Negro Bill Canyon has a new name, Grandstaff Canyon after the U.S. Board on Geographic Names voted Thursday to rename it following years of debate.
Some have taken offense to the landmark named for William Grandstaff, a Black rancher whose cattle grazed in the Moab city canyon from 1877 to 1881.
