Two so-called sanctuary cities in America that have previously gone out of their way to welcome all refugees were now not so eager at the prospects of having a growing number of African migrants arrive.


A U.S. Department of Justice spokesman issued a statement condemning a judge permanently blocking Trump's executive order to stop funding sanctuary cities.

Two separate groups of immigrants in the U.S. -- one here legally, the other not so much -- learned of their very different fates Monday.
