Kyrie Irving, former Duke Blue Devil and No. 1 overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft, has filed a police report against a woman who he alleges bashed him in a video on Youtube and threatened to stab him.

According to reports, Jessica Jackson, the woman named in the report, met Irving on Twitter before the two met once in North Carolina.

After both parties appeared in court on June 28th, the judge ordered Jackson not to contact the Cleveland Cavaliers guard again.
