TMZ.com is reporting that socialite Kim Kardashian is filing for divorce from her husband Kris Humphries after 72 days of marriage.
The two will have a divorce and not an annulment according to sources from the site.

Lawyer Laura Wasser has been hired to handle the divorce by Kardashian. Kardashian had a tight-sealed prenup that reportedly prevents Humphries from receiving any funds.
