Today, 12-12-12 is the last triple digit date of this century. And, believe it or not, there are huge plans underway on this day and many are reveling in this once-in-a-lifetime event.

There are widespread wedding plans, major concerts, and parties, all in celebration of this auspicious day.

So what’s so special about the number 12?

Numerologists believe that the number 12 adds up to 3 which signifies wealth, so making any money moves today would be fortuitous.

Mathematically, the number 12 has a perfect number of divisors and the sum of its divisors are always a perfect number. There are also 12 inches in a foot.

Jack in the Box (JACK) will be selling tacos at participating locations for just 12 cents each between 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight on this day with a six taco limit. Starbucks is ending its “12 Days of Christmas” promotion on 12-12-12 and their final deal is 40% off a six-pack of their Cranberry Bliss Bars, which have a cult following. McDonald’s is selling its signature Big Mac for $1.12 to mark the special date at participating locations.
