The officers account of what occured just does not add up. Hmmmm he lost his cuffs while at a gay park. Pt 2 Gaymon runs away but is shouting he will kill officer while he is obviously trying to flee he does not want to be caught. Pt 3 he tried to handcuff him and while doing so gaymon reaches to disarm him. At this pt he finds his cuffs hmmmmm lol seems to me this officer was having a good time at the park until he was caught in the act. Bulls**t. The cop is lying, and completely fabricated that story to cover his own ass, literally. First of all, HOW did he loose his handcuffs was never addressed. Those circ**stances are “shady” and can’t be explained. What was he doing to have “misplaced” his handcuffs? I suspect the Cop is Gay and was involved in a sexual romp with Men in the Park, and lost his handcuffs after engaging in Sex with some of the Men at the Park. When he realized he had left or lost his handcuffs, he returned to the scene of the sex acts, to find “Gaymon” there trying to solicit him for sex. “Gaymon” probably wanted some from him after witnessing him get it on earlier with a few other Men. But because “Gaymon” is older, and the young cop wasn’t interested, he declined “Gaymon’s” sexual advances (exposing his p***s and stroking it in front of the KillerCop). At which point, the KillerCop switched hats from “Gay Cop having sex in the Park” to “Killer Cop enforcing the laws of indeceny which he just violated 5 minutes earlier” and decided to attempt to arrest Gaymon. Gaymon, believing this to be a total and complete injustice and violation of “moral” rights, as well as hypocrisy, objected after having seen that the Cop just engaged in a Sex act previously himself. I suspect that Gaymon even “retained” the handcuffs himself–which is how the officer “got them back”. Gaymon was in the bushes somewhere Watching the Cop receive head or getting his ass dicked..and soon as the Copper left, picked up the handcuffs that was left behind by mistake. When he returned to get his cuffs, Gaymon had them and refused to return them–possibly threatened to keep them as proof. When the two wrestled over possesion of the cuffs, Gaymon won, pushing the killer to the ground, forcing the cop to draw his weapon and demand the cuffs. The reason Gaymon put his hands in his pockets, was because he was stashing the cuffs away. THAT’S what really happened folks. It makes too much sense. Stevie Wonder can see that s**t clear as day.

When I first read it, I got the impression that Mr. Gaymon probably didn’t think the officer was really a cop, badge or not, esp. if the cop was undercover as the article states. In a park known for gay activity, I don’t necessarily blame Mr. Gaymon if he was a little suspicious of a plainclothes cop who “lost his handcuffs” and all of a sudden draws a badge.

This is really sad but the story has to be justified for killing the man….he was at the wrong place at the wrong time…The system is very corrupt…my brother started off with off with a jaywalking ticket to being beaten by 7 police officers who stomped and tasered him to the ground…when we arrived in court the same officers were in the witness area re-enacting the punches they gave my brother on eachother and laughed…their entire deposition was fabricated but when you are against them and there are no witnesses its a wrap…two years later my brother was pulled over by one of the cops who was involved riding his bike home through a predominately Spanish neighborhood the cop pulled up his old record thought it would be nice to plant cocaine on him…and shipped him off to county jail where the black men he thought would help him ….ate his food all three days he was there…made him beat up a Mexican man and take his blanket…and the goal of this was to extend his stay so he could catch a case…

The man he killed is the CEO of a business and has never been arrested, What that says to me is that he had to be a high achiever and go getter that type of character is not going to all of a sudden turn violent especially with this other person saying he’s a cop. Though this CEO could had been on the down low, i have to go with the fact that he had to a very smart man and would not have come up to a stranger masterbating plus this cop saying that he lost his handcuff and went back looking for the item, Give me a break! If it don’t sound reasonable it is because it’s not, This cop is trying to get away with murder.
