thank you for posting this. a lot of ppl were misled by the fact that ron paul had a couple of good ideas (such as being against the wars & the federal reserve)& were mistakenly thinking “hey, this guy must be alright”, overlooking the fact that paul is a republican politician from the houston suburbs of southeast texas, one of the most conservative districts in the country (bordering tom delay’s old district). ron paul is so far right that he’s almost left. the reason the white southern conservatives of that district put up with paul’s relatively progressive anti-war views & keep re-electing him is because they know that on the bedrock white southern conservative issue, race, he’s fully in line with them – a closet klansman.

I for one promote freedom of speech. Please let people speak on what they truly believe and what we see them for. It’s funny because many have known the true Ron Paul but noone has really blast them especially young black youth. One of the main reasons the debt has ballooned under Obama is because Bush didn’t budget for the wars at all. Bush financed these wars off the books by borrowing from China which at some point has to be repaid by the U.S. That would be the equivalent of you borrowing money to buy a house knowing full well that you will have to pay back that home loan sooner or later. Bush didn’t care if it ever gets paid back because he wasn’t going to pay it back.

Regarding the needles, Chicago Bulls Riots and the car jackings. We have a double standard for what white folks can say. What exactly in the hell do you think an adult is going to say about nonsense? You should have heard what black folks said about these fools. Now, the question is would King’s economic beliefs still be the same 50 years after the civil rights movement? Who really knows. Thanks to his efforts. The world that he lived in is not the world that we live in today. What I do know is that we have given these groups 40 years of unconditional loyalty. Isn’t that a sufficient payback? Now is the time for political, intellectual and economic independence for the black race. One size no longer fits all.

(Ron Paul was pretty accurate on the events accept for the 95 police officers getting hurt in the violence that happened after the bulls won their first championship. It was the bulls first championship and the natives came out. They were hooking chains to the back of cars and ripping the bars off of store fronts. ect.. It was isolated to a couple of predominately BLACK COMMUNITIES and predominately blacks committing those crimes. The bulls won six more championships and there was almost no break outs of crime and violence similar to the first championship.)

One question, where is the letter head from this news-letter? Any old fool can type up something then present it as evidence against people. Maybe using logic and common sense will help you figure things out instead of “FEELING” things at face value. Usually that type of letter has a printed signature, letter head, etc. some kind of indication that it was from that person or official. Also do you really think Ron Paul would be using a typewriter/ditto machine? Look at the date. CSI is on TV almost everyday, you could pick up a few things from that…

He told everyone that a vote for McCain would be equal to no end to the wars. Well, what has he done? Increased the troops in Afghanistan Pakistan, and, built up a missile presence in Poland, and now there are reports of Bunker Busting bombs being sent to Diego Garcia, the same island base, used to attack Iraq. There is no other reason for that, unless he intends on attacking Iran. The war machine is continuing to grow exponentially. Also, if this healthcare bill passes, you’re talking about billions if not trillions in more spending. I would use your same analogy about purchasing that house, and add, that what If on top of that, I went out and bought new cars, vacations, and other luxury items. At some point, if the natl debt is to be reeled in, you have to actually stop spending.

I’m shocked to see so many of you brothers who gave Casey such a hard time, but were quick to give Ron Paul more than the benefit of doubt. I was unaware of Ron Paul’s connections until Casey started publishing them sometime ago. Wasn’t hard for me to see what Casey was proving, but I guess when a black person says something about a prominant white person, the black person is still the one in question, even by black people, and the white person generally gets a pass.

Libertarians and Consevatives such as Ron Paul and the Tea baggers are trying to claim they are for less goverment and that states have the right to self govern. The Civil War was fought over states rights. This was clearly rejected by the goverment then and it is rejected by the goverment now. States rights is a ridiculous notion that believes states could coexist as a unified entity while essentially being multiple separate self controlled, self governing bodies. The government would not have the authority nor the capability to enforce anything including taxation, food and health standards ect.. There has not been a successful country in the history of civilization that existed with a decentralized government. None. If the confederates states rights would have won the civil war the U.S. would have ended up looking like Europe with 10 or 20 different countries.

And example of states rights; Ron Paul’s assertion that the goverment should have just bought the slaves. Hence no Civil War. The war was not fought over slavery. It was fought over states rights. Buying slaves really misses the point. Theoretically under states rights. If HIS STATE allowed slavery. A slave owner could have sold his slaves to the government and bought more slaves to replace the ones he sold. Because, that would have been his right. To believe that all of the confederate states would have agreed to end slavery is at best revisionist history. And, to believe that states could co-exist as separate entities is a fallacy.

I wish the author of the story had actually bothered to research the facts of the story prior to posting the so called news.

While the above mentioned pieces did appear in a Ron Paul newsletter, they were NOT written by Rep Ron Paul of Texas, and when this story first broke more than two years ago, Ron Paul immediately addressed the issue.

It was the bulls first championship and the natives came out. They were hooking chains to the back of cars and ripping the bars off of store fronts. ect.. Hey Casey, I’ve been a strong supporter of Ron Paul for quite a few years now, and I just have to say that these newsletters sound nothing like the Ron Paul I’ve heard, not even stylistically. In several of the articles, the author talks derisively of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his non-violent methods of agitation, but even previous to 2008 presidential election, I’ve heard Dr. Paul speak eloquently and passionately about MLK’s legacy in political participation. Also, Ron Paul One of the things that attracted me most to Ron Paul is the fact that he doesn’t demonize immigrants or welfare recipients. Now, this is very important, because most conservatives, and admittedly many in Ron Paul’s base, would gladly exhume Ronald Reagan’s mythical welfare queen to score some applause, but Paul was always clear that fiscal conservatives should concentrate on ending the transfer of wealth from the poor to the rich through corporate subsidies instead of trying to cut off people who have become dependent on the system. Never have I heard from him the nauseating, paranoid rhetoric that I’ve heard so often before from establishment conservatives and that’s unfortunately apparent in the newsletters you’ve posted. I believe Paul when he says he didn’t write these because I never hear even an inkling of racism in his writing, in his speeches, or in his ideas. I do wish he would explain this situation better, though, because confronting racism, classism, and elitism in general should be a distinguishing feature of the liberty movement.

Libertarians and Consevatives such as Ron Paul and the Tea baggers are trying to claim they are for less goverment and that states have the right to self govern. The Civil War was fought over states rights. This was clearly rejected by the goverment then and it is rejected by the goverment now. States rights is a ridiculous notion that believes states could coexist as a unified entity while essentially being multiple separate self controlled, self governing bodies. The government would not have the authority nor the capability to enforce anything including taxation, food and health standards ect.. There has not been a successful country in the history of civilization that existed with a decentralized government. None. If the confederates states rights would have won the civil war the U.S. would have ended up looking like Europe with 10 or 20 different countries. And example of states rights; Ron Paul’s assertion that the goverment should have just bought the slaves. Hence no Civil War. The war was not fought over slavery. It was fought over states rights. Buying slaves really misses the point. Theoretically under states rights. If HIS STATE allowed slavery. A slave owner could have sold his slaves to the government and bought more slaves to replace the ones he sold. Because, that would have been his right. To believe that all of the confederate states would have agreed to end slavery is at best revisionist history. And, to believe that states could co-exist as separate entities is a fallacy.

@Daup06. I disagree with you. The Civil War was fought because the southern states wanted to essentially control all proceeds from the slave trade, while the North wanted to share in those profits. If slavery was as prevalent in the North as it was in the south, there wouldn’t have been a war thus, no issue of states rights. Also, like it or not, the Southern states had just cause in their fight, due to the fact that it was the wishes of the founding fathers. I’m no fan of the FF because most held my people bondage, but lets be real here, civil war or not, my people were already destroyed, and had already suffered permanent damage and that damage lingers on even today. Even though, the slave was freed, we only really traded one plantation for another. I think you trying to inject the civil war into this debate is an attempt to push an emotional button. Slavery was an evil institution, we all agree on that, but the call for states rights existed prior to and in the subsequent decades to slavery.

Also, I believe were allowed to govern themselves we wouldn’t have this massive economic chaos that we do right now. Rather than states looking to Federal Govt for bailouts, they would have to be creative in their ways of raising revenue, and how that money is managed. Why is it fair for states like North D (who have been financially responsible with their budgets to have to contribute to Gov Swarzhnegger(SP?) who has been rolling the dice and mismanaging Govt in his state for years? Just like no company should be too big to fail, no state should be either. The FED Govt creates moral hazard, and we can see how that works out just by looking at the current state of the housing market. Go look at why North Dakota is one of the few states if not the only state that has been totally unscathed by this recent economic collapse. Go research the Bank of North Dakota, and see what happens when a state puts the needs of it’s citizens first and foremost, and not feeding the beast who takes tax dollars to pay off National Debt and bail out CROOKS and DEVILS on Wall street and wage unjust wars all over the world.

We must decide to want better for ourselves and our race. Forget them. Words are just words. I was told that if I continued to let words dictate my behavior, I would be lost forever. As a long time Libertarian, I Wish I could support Ron Paul. The problem is, that your allegations are on point. The last I heard was that Paul blamed somebody working for him for the articles you’ve mentioned; Soooooooooooo, Either he supported those views(racist), or, he did a Lousy job of managing those working for him. Either way, its NOT an argument forhis being president. Sadly, he’s also made many remarks which come close to, or ARE antisemitic.
I hadn’t heard that his newsletter delved in “new world order” conspiracy theories, but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

If Dr. Paul had time to mess with minuscule attack pieces such as this one, I am sure you would be sued. However, he is busy fighting tyranny and the global elite. Chief among them, the North did not fight the war to end slavery, and could care less about our plight. This is evidenced by the fact that Lincoln himself said, he wished he could accomplish what he wanted to accomplish, without freeing one slave. Further proof is given by the fact that all the slaves who lived in counties that aligned themselves with the North were not freed, while all others were. Essentially, he only freed slaves that he had no real jurisdiction over.

@_A_ I created this account, not because of the article’s short sighted attempts to discredit Ron Paul, but because of the level of intellectual honesty and awareness revealed in your comment below.

It is such a hollow ploy to attack Ron Paul for mistakes he made in the past, allowing these articles to be published under his name. Most of the articles are more ignorant, nonsensical, and poorly presented than actually racist in content, but lets assume he had read through and approved of every single one of these articles back in the 80′s. How does this discredit the ideas and philosophy he promoting now? I have read three of his books, listened to countless speeches, and read a plethora his articles, and have never picked up on anything that displays an even remotely racist agenda.

It is a lonely world for us libertarians. We tend to side with the extreme positions on the left when it comes to foreign policy and social issues, and extreme positions on the right when it comes to economic/welfare issues. Rather than focus on the issues of agreement, it seems both sides are so fearful that we will pull people away from the false left/right paridigm by using truth and reason to make claims of what government ought do, that they will pull tricks like this and use the ad-hominom racism card to divert attention away from core ideas Ron Paul promotes.

Find me somebody that is both a libertarian and a racist, and I’ll prove that they are either not really racist, or not really a libertarian. This discussion that is being had is indicative of our country. There are racists on both sides(which particular race doesn’t matter), people who like to talk but have no idea what they’re talking about, people who will take information and twist it to their liking, and some people who see it for what it is. As a black man raised in Arkansas, I’ve seen my fair share of racism and also dealt with it head on. This does not make me an expert, but there is a point to it. I remember taking a trip for basketball to a more rural part of arkansas than I lived in and an ignorant white youth called me and three black friends “n****rs” as we went into the locker room before our game. Obviously, I stopped, turned to him, and told(not asked) him to repeat what he said. A black staff member from my school saw there was a problem, came over and asked what happened. I clearly and eloquently explained what happened and why I was upset, so she asked(not because she needed to but because she was level headed black woman) the boy what he said. He of course denied it. Point, not fact, if someone is blatantly racist it means they have nothing to lose. On the other hand, if someone has a financial interest in not being called/associated with racists, guess what- they just might lie. Every single article is about racist words, that he says he didn’t write, or people he has taken some photo’s with. FYI Casey. The Fed is a privately owned, FOR profit corporation. Every dollar in the money supply comes into existence by way of debt. It’s a loan from the Fed Reserve to the US Government. Like all other loans, this loan has interest attached. The National debt is close to 12 trillion dollars or so right? Who is that money owed to? Does it make sense for a country to owe someone money that they use? Why is that country not printing/creating money on it’s own. This is a simple concept, but because you narrowly keep your focus on people who have no bearing on your every day life, you miss the big picture. Go Read the doc**ent that the Fed itself puts out called Money Mechanics. It explains in detail, how Fractional Reserve Banking works among many other things. If you understand what they are really saying, it pretty much tells you that after all these loans are made out, many of the people will become bankrupt. It happens in every so called cycle of business. A period of mass prosperity, followed by years of wealth destruction. It’s all just a game.

Lastly, I keep making this point to you, focusing on StormFront, NeoNazi’s and White supremacists is a waste of energy. If they had the power, they would send us all back to Africa. I read the whole article (at reason.com [which by the way I could not find the sources used for that one either]) the author used to reference the statement “Paul had previously admitted to writing the newsletters and defended the statements in 1996, then blamed them on an unnamed ghostwriter in 2001 and then denied any knowledge of them in 2008″ and in that article I could not find anything supporting that claim. To the contrary the article at reason.com states “The libertarian-leaning presidential candidate says he was unaware, in the late 1980s and early 1990s, of the bigoted rhetoric about African Americans and gays that was appearing under his name”.

Internet information claiming that presidential candidate Ron Paul (R-TX) is a racist – and made derogatory comments about African Americans – has been making the rounds within the blogosphere. But sources close to the editorial group that published the newsletter (or newsletters) that supposedly carried the comments claim that Ron Paul never had anything to do with them, and wasn’t even aware of them.

These sources say that editorial operation in question was a fairly large one, and profitable for its time – focused in large part on measures that one could take to generate a lifestyle independent of government influence and intervention.

The publication, or publications, comprised a business venture to which Ron Paul lent his name. Headquarters were “60 miles away” from Ron Paul’s personal Texas offices. At the time that the publications were being disseminated, primarily in the 1980s, Ron Paul was involved in numerous activities including Libertarian politics. He eventually ran for U.S. president as a Libertarian.

“This was a big operation,” says one source. “And Ron Paul was a busy man. He was doctor, a politician and free-market commentator. A publication had to go out at a certain time and Ron Paul often was not around to oversee the lay out, printing or mailing. Many times he did not participate in the composition, either.”

This source and others add that publications utilized guest writers and editors on a regular basis. Often these guest writers and editors would write a “Ron Paul” column, under which the derogatory comments might have been issued.

Says one source, “Ron Paul didn’t know about those comments, or know they were written under his name until much later when they were brought to his attention. There were several issues that went out with comments that he would not ordinarily make. He was angry when he saw them.”

Ron Paul has said that he did not write the comments in question, but, nonetheless, has taken “moral” responsibility for them.

An excerpt from an apparent interview with Texas Monthly as quoted on the blog Everything2.com clarifies the above information as follows:

“In spite of calls from Gary Bledsoe, the president of the Texas State Conference of the NAACP, and other civil rights leaders for an apology for such obvious racial typecasting, Paul stood his ground. He said only that his remarks about Barbara Jordan related to her stands on affirmative action and that his written comments about blacks were in the context of ‘current events and statistical reports of the time.’ He denied any racist intent. What made the statements in the publication even more puzzling was that, in four terms as a U. S. congressman and one presidential race, Paul had never uttered anything remotely like this.

“When I ask him why, he pauses for a moment, then says, ‘I could never say this in the campaign, but those words weren’t really written by me. It wasn’t my language at all. Other people help me with my newsletter as I travel around. I think the one on Barbara Jordan was the saddest thing, because Barbara and I served together and actually she was a delightful lady.’ …

“His reasons for keeping this a secret are harder to understand: ‘They were never my words, but I had some moral responsibility for them . . . The operative sentence in the above would seem to be: “What made the statements in the publication even more puzzling was that, in four terms as a U. S. congressman and one presidential race, Paul had never uttered anything remotely like this.” The remarks may well have been seen as out of character because they were not written by Ron Paul, and he had no knowledge of them and no input into their composition, even though he eventually took responsibility for them.

Adds a source aware of the current tempest over these remarks, “Anybody who claims that Ron Paul made the comments in question is deliberately mis-stating what occurred to make political points. It is a measure of [his opponents] desperation that they are dredging this up again. Anybody who reads all that he has written – and there’s lots of it – could see that right away.”

These newsletters are terrible and I wish they had never been written. I still like Ron’s platform though and his and my ideas are so similar it’s hard to not be a supporter. Do I wish there was another candidate with similar positions without this particular baggage ? Yes. Is there one even close? no.

I know Hillary Clinton would never write or preside over any publication that would write things like this, but she also supports all these wars and is trying to bring us back to like 1940 in terms of the role the government has in our lives and things aren’t going that way. It’s important because he’s the only candidate saying he’ll do anything differently. He has also followed the constitution for thse forty years and constitutionally, the only thing he’ll have the power to actually do immediately as commander in chief is to bring our troops home, change our foreign policy, quit invading countries and quit propping up dictators like the US has done for so many years, quit catering to these brutal governments and quit pissing their people off.

If he can convince congress to go along, he can also fix our economy, he knows economics inside out and upside down, he predicted the housing bubble and the credit crisis during the 2008 presidential debates, he’s been warning about the Federal Reserve for forty years and he knows economics better than the chief of the Fed because he’s been saying all along that the stimulus would not work and was the wrong thing to do!

In 2001, as Paul moved to the mainstream and rejoined the Republican party, he disavowed these comments and blamed them on an unnamed ghostwriter. But when Paul ran for Congress in 1996, as a Libertarian, his opponent brought these up to show that Paul had fringe ideas. At that time, Paul told the Houston Chronicle that he opposed racism and his commentaries about blacks came in the context of “current events and statistical reports of the time.”

See, he did say he wrote those comments, he just said they were taken out of context!

Actually, the people in question have been long time friends of Paul. They have had lunch with him several times over the years. Furthermore, once he found out about it, he said he wouldn’t return the money.

Anyway, as for research, it all points to him being in-line with those guy’s values.

Let’s assume what Paul says is true, that he was merely an investor who lent his name to his friends’ newsletter, and allowed his friends to write articles in his name from his perspective (must be some close friends).

The newsletter was published over a number of years. Those quotes are from various issues. How reasonable does it seem that Paul never read any of the newsletters he lent his name to? I could understand if only a couple 1989 issues had this stuff in it, but these newsletter went on for years. And Paul really expects us to believe he had no idea what was in them? Would you give your friends permission to publish in your name and never read what they said?

Ron Paul did NOT write any of that! This has been brought up over and over again. It was initially made a big deal after Dr. Paul’s congressional district was changed to include a larger minority population, he still won the election by a landslide. The people know that this is nothing more than a propaganda operation being used to defame Dr. Paul. The lies and disinfo will not work! The people want real change, Ron Paul 2012!!!

In 1989 the New York Times had a story about ten black girls arrested for pinp***k attacks. Here is the article:

They were charged with assault and juvenile delinquency, he said. Their parents were with them as they were questioned. He said investigators believe the girls were responsible for all 41 attacks that occurred between Oct. 21 and Oct. 27 on Broadway between 95th Street and 110th Street. Regarding MLK…well, I suppose that is mostly subjective. Although MLK was a Republican, towards his later years it appears that he did buy into the Marxist rhetoric.

During the Chicago Bulls riots, 98% of those arrested for felony looting were black because most of the extensive looting and damage occurred in black ghetto areas of Chicago. (Some if us actually research facts rather than rely on a single newspaper article.)

As for the last article, well, there’s a reason white folks avoid Prince Georges County, MD and Baltimore, MD and Detroit, MI and other areas. They fear violence from young black men. Just take a look at the FBI’s interracial race statistics some time. The numbers don’t lie.

So, it looks like whoever wrote this crap-piece on Ron Paul couldn’t even be bothered to do some real research.

The real concern is Ron Paul will NEVER be president. He could however serve as a spoiler in a close race as Ralph Nader did to Al Gore in 2000. Anybody who thinks the “Democrats and Republicans are just alike” is just plain delusional. I’d rather fight with someone not fighting hard enough for me (Democrats), than fight someone actually trying to roll back my rights (Republicans). I’ve heard enough of Ron Paul and his son Rand Paul to know what they are. They don’t have to be outwardly racist, but neither one gives a darn about the working class or any black.

I think its time for Ron paul to bring his message to the masses. May I suggest he start in Harlem–He could use Cindy as his PR person. If he has a view then he shouldn’t run away from it. I tried to look at this article objectively. I read it completely. I am just not seeing the racist overtones you suggest. I am not a racist and despise them. To be honest, the only racist, or race promoting I see here is in the interpretations of what the newsletter says by the author. It is a shameful divide. I live in Los Angeles, and know about riots after basketball championships, and the feelings of what was describes in the newsletter of the rioting are felt by many. When you turn on the television and watch rioters destroy your star player SUV, and then light it on fire, it is unnerving. The Staples Center seats 19,079 fans, but I only saw about 1,000 rioting. I saw how it was pointed out that only “blacks” were rioting. Maybe the racists are the news media. Apparently, they only put the cameras on black people. From what I saw, 75-85% of the rioters were black. Funny, I never thought about it before you mentioned it here. Now that I have looked at your site, and see that you are (only?) “news for black America,” and that your display of bloggers appear to be prominent members of the black community (I only know of Rev. Sharpton), it seems to me that you are promoting the very divide you speak out against in these Newsletters. I just read Dr. Boyce’s article on the Penn State Youth. It seems I am right about the divide promotion. There’s nothing wrong with empowerment unless it is under the promotion of, or at the disadvantage of another. To me, equality means equal. It seems to you that equality means special treatment. You want more than an equal share. You want retribution. Sir or Ma’am, the fact that you advertise, “For Black America,” and part of, “The Black Planet Universe,” makes my statement relevant. I wonder if there was a WET, or a White Music Awards, or a White Image Awards, would you get the Rev. Sharpton to mount a protest rally in the parking lot? Equality doesn’t equal retribution.

Actually, it’s this author who is misrepresenting the facts.
“needlin” actually did occur in 1989 by a gang of black females against random white females, in the neck. But the number of victims wasn’t 39, it was 41. The women were terrified because the media reported that the needles had AIDS, even though eventually apparently the needles did not.

The point that Paul was making in many of his seemingly prejudicial anecdotes is that the black subculture was developing in a directionless dysfunctional manner compared to other sectors of society. Paul’s cure is less government pandering to bad subcultural behavior. Bill Cosby and others also identify in a similar manner.

All of the adjectives and metaphors he uses to describe the black subculture(welfare, zoo, raping, lazy, etc) are distasteful but they describe the result of socialist and entitlement attitude when understood it is coming from libertarian Paul. They are not racist, rather they are anti-socialist. Paul uses the same adjectives to describe anyone who is a victim of entitlement culture. Paul wasn’t the only one to call MLK a socialist or communist, of course. He sees socialism/communism the problem, not being black.

As for Chicago, what the author doesn’t mention is that the riot was generally a black riot. The author minimalizes the fact two officers were shot by what were probably black rioters, and that five people were murdered by this mostly black mob. Again, Paul means to emphasize the entitlement wild attitude and lack of traditional structure in the black culture.

Where we agree is that Paul uses carjacking to put fear into white people. Yes, yes! Shouldn’t people who don’t exist in dysfunctional subcultures be cautious around [black] youths who grow up in dysfunction? Most are fatherless, leading to crime, as noted in the important federal government’s The Coleman Report 1965. In the author’s rush to condemn Paul, did he know there were almost 50,000 car jackings a year around the time Paul was writing? Half of these involved threatening deadly force of a gun; and as anyone who has had a gun pointed at them can tell you, it changes you and your family’s entire life. A black neighborhood is about 20x more violent than a white neighborhood. It is lack of traditional families, and lack of criticism that has led to this.

Regarding fleet footing of black teenagers, that is a physiological fact as I remember when I studied sports physiology as a track competitor, but this is the only possible racist comment, as Paul may have been intimating that blacks’ difference in physiology could infer a biological difference that leads to crime or other dysfunction.

Paul sees a better future for blacks, that doesn’t include government pandering and the crime it brings.

Whites don’t think they are “smarter than black people.” There are over 100,000 black people in the USA who have IQs that are at or over MENSA caliber(which is well over the average doctor). There are working class people, and geniuses, in every culture and race, even if whites may have a few more geniuses in thier ranks. The problem is what the government encourages…does it encourage traditional families? Does it encourage self reliance? Or does it encourage dependence, such as welfare? The crime of black youths, and white youths, and yellow youths for that matter, is caused by a breakdown of two parent households.

Paul sends those out monthly. Look at the words and the way Paul talks, those are his! He even speaks of the small town he has lived in during a racist rant. He hasn’t done anything in Congress, so he has had decades to send those out. He also told Russert, on Meet The Press, that he was against Civil Rights and called Africans, “Property” and was concerned for the property (slave) owners. Paul takes accepts large donations from the KKK and David Duke. Paul denied writing those himself and said he didn’t know who wrote them, even though they are his letters?! He is a liar, like many found guilty.

If the KKK donates money to RP, don’t you think it’s because they like that he stands for Constitutional rights (like the freedom for them to march and speak openly)? It’s not very surprising that they’d support RP… and it would be more surprising if RP gave the money back to them… personally, I’d rather HE had that money than them.

Also, these newsletters are known to be written by ghost writers. The reason it might “sound like RP” is because that’s what ghost writers do – they write to sound like the intended author.

OK, people we have a choice. We can vote for freedom, or we can later wish we had. Ron Paul is a man with impeccable character and intelligence. He understands what is wrong with our economy. I find it interesting that none of these newsletters surfaced until he began running for President, a little bit too coincidental don’t you think? Could have come out in 1993, but they didn’t or even 2004 but nope, not until now do these surface, when people are afraid of him getting elected they put these up to scare everyone away from him. Its not like the past 20 years he has been open about how non racist he is. So suck it dudes. BTW I am pretty sure anyone can photoshop up something like that,

I was once a liberal; growing up in the suburbs of Atlanta i was brainwashed by the liberal school system to believe all races were the same. That african americans had been disadvantaged by the white man, and i felt sorry for them. At the age of 20 i dropped out of college after 2 years.. and in a attempt to move closer to my fiance in south ga, i took a job doing cable tv in the inner city and apt complexes throught Atlanta/ Dekalb, Cobb./ Clayton counties. I learned WAY more about people, and race during my job than i ever had in college! I quickly learned that out of all the races, black men (young especially) were BY FAR the least trustworthy.
First time i ever had a violent encounter was in bankhead courts, where TI the rapper is from. A shirtless crackhead snatched my cell phone and took off running thru the projects, and like a niave college kid, i took off after him; only to find a gun pointed at my chest. I basically told him he was lame, and that i was just trying to make a living like any normal man. I didnt get the nextel back, but like a true crackhead, he tried to sell me the gun he just pointed at me for $100.
After another bad experience i still believed in the goodness of man kind, and 2 black dudes (one around 35-40, one around 25) begged me for a ride to their hotel as it was getting dark and had just started raining. At the first redlight they announced i was being carjacked, and that they were on the run for murder from Louisiana. I handed over my wallet and cell phone, and started kept saying ‘i know yall r fcking with me”, the older man in the passenger seat told me to shut up or hed “bust my head open”. Being as i had now worked the projects for almost 2 years before this, i had been in tight spots before, but never like this. I said a prayer, and a voice ( a angel) told me to turn left, as i came over the hill, i undid my seatbelt, and quickly swerved into the parking lot of the Krystals (i didnt even know it was there, they had wanted me to drive to the woods). As i went to jump out of the car they said “your right man, we were just f**kin with ya”, and preceded to give me back my wallet, money, and cell phone. The older guy asked to “bum a few bucks for a cigg”.. which i didnt do… and they ran off like the crackheads they were. I always have regreted not turning them in that day, as i had pot in my posession and hated the cops myself at the time. But less than a month later while reading the Atlanta Newspaper, they found the body of a young male college student, floating in the creek in the same area they had wanted me to drive to. He had been carjacked, and shot in the head. It hit me like a ton of bricks reading that.

Despite my crazy experiences i worked that job for around 8 years, and 5 times i was a survivor of violent crime. Yes… EVERY time it was a black man that was the perp. Do not let the liberals lie to you fellow young people, there IS a difference between the cultures, and certain people are alot less trustworthy than average. Black people dont live in the projects because there dissadvantaged like i was raised to believe. They are they (for the most part) because they are Terrible with money! I cant count how many times i saw families living on walefare order every channel on tv, i tried to advise alot against it, but it fell on deaf ears. I grew up with a black and white tv in the 80′s, 90′s and no cable because my parents were poor. But they had to do cuts like that to ensure we grew up in a decent area. Things like this are why Indians and new people to the US quickly pass most african americans by financially, because blacks have little to no money smarts. Also i gained alot of respect for mexicans while working the city, because 9/10ths of the little mexican kids had fathers at home. While in the black households it was around 1 in 10. I always felt sorry for black senior citizens, and single black women…. for their life is truly a struggle. But the fault lies not with “racist whites”, or the govt, but in black men themselves.

There are trustworthy black men out there people, but they are in the minority! Murder is the #1 killer of young black men in the US, and the #2 killer of young black women. Ive been to jail also, and no one Brags about beating down their women like black men. (black women are beaten at 8 times the rate of white women). Sadly, their culture does mirror hip-hop. I should know, i worked it from 2000-2008 in the capital of the south.
And if anyone on here thinks im some racist, would any “racist’ ever offer a ride to 2 black men? I only speak the truth. Now lets see how politically correct this web site is if this is published or not. Gluck to all, but i for one, will teach my children about the importance of racial pride, and that all cultures (not skin colors) are not equal!
