Mr. Spann, I will elaborate how Mr Payne came to the “conclusion” he did. My son(who will be graduating from college early 2010)when in middle school and high school, experienced the same things as Mr Payne. I had to get him out of that “hood” atmosphere to a place where he could learn and thrive. Some of our children truly want to do nothing but learn so they can move to a higher plane and bring others along with them.
