Well what those two below you fail to realize is, most blacks are very concerned and troubled by the amount of black people killed by black people, but they never swore to uphold and enforce the law, and neither did they receive (publicly funded) training to do so. And certainly weren’t paid with taxpayer money either. Isn’t it natural for us to be a little more upset at the hypocrisy displayed by a people and/or system? Those brothers in the streets are lost and acting other than self. Are people suggesting that police officers are no different than the thugs and hoodlums in the streets? If they are, then I think we would all be in agreement with that.

Wow! The comments of a few posters is a direct reflect of ignorance. Blacks and Latino’s have high crime rates because we have not been added to the “social contract” of the United States Corp. Your lack of knowledge has you asking “what is a social contract?” The “social contract” is the contract between the Government and it’s citizens who are only white English speaking peoples. “Look it up”. The contract states that all citizens will have equal protection under the law. Before the “social contract” this country was known as the Wild Wild West where life was short and brutish the way it is in our communities today. Crime is allowed to fester in our communities on purpose!!!! The social contract is a contract that says we the Government will protect your home, your possesions, your person and your community from all threats inside and outside of your community. In return for your tax dollars we will provide you the protections and services of the Federal Gov’t that includes policing, education etc. We have never been granted these services. These services would put an end to the sale of any illegal substances in our community by the Federal Gov’t. Up until the 1970′s (30years ago and I am 40) cops, the military (Black males deaths in WWI&II, Korean War& Vietnam War) and the KKK where the biggest killers of Black people and the court system was there to allow them to terrorize our community. In the early 1980′s crack coccaine was delivered to the inner cities of the United States and Indian reservations as a form of chemical warfare. Lawlessness was promoted as a National Campaign by the American Governors and Mayors. It was a two prong attack to 1.make money and 2. decimate the enemy black and brown populations. This was done during an economy that saw our communities drowning in poverty and unemployment. Hardcor drugs were introduced to our soldiers during the Korean and Vietnam Wars and many of them returned home hooked and or aware of their efects. Instead of dying off as has almost every indiginous people in the face of it’s colonizers we have survived despite our situation. So to my young posters before you comment on your people get to know them. We are the strongest people on the face of the planet for we still fight against the invaders of our land. We have strategically been renamed black and African American in an effort to keep us from our indigenous rights to this land. The majority of us were not brought to this country in slave ships rather we were enslaved when they got to our shores. West Africans were the ones brought here on slave ships. From New Orleans to Main was our territories; those of us known as the Seminoles, Was**taw, Shashonee, Creek, Black foot and Cherokee Nations. See this murder you see in our streets is nothing new it’s just plain old survival when you are “Living in a State of Nature”. Look up that phrase, it’s on the books and it seperates lawless communities from stable and economical self sufficient communities. So youngsters when you see a police officer kill a member of your community it is a direct afront to yuor citizenship. It is a terrorist statement that says we can kill any of you whenever we want and there is nothing you can do about it. Think about this. How many times have there been a killing or lynching of a white person by a black officer or any officer. It won’t happend because they have equal protection under the law. Look at Katrina. The leveies were the responsibility of the core of engineers so they should have to pay for all the damages but they are not being held liable. However the oil spill by BP effected white fisherman and business owners and only now is somebody being held “liable”. Why? It’s the social contrat stupid. I hope you never come in contact with an police officer who has the right to kill you, your mother, your wife, your husband or child and have him excercise that right. At least if it’s a thug you can shoot him yourself or he will be caught and sent to prison.
