This is messed up because the kid, was in a foster home and suffered abuse from his mother… The foster care system is full of pedophiles, and at 17 I am sure that, while he knew what he was doing was wrong, he was acting out of anger and reacting to what was done to him.

I have no sympathy for him because he is a sick individual, and even less sympathy because of his comment. The race of the victims is completely irrelevant. In the end, there’s still two females victimized and robbed of their dignity by this monster as the judge said. Thankfully he is off the streets, and I pray the victims get the help they need to recover physically and emotionally.

Sigh…u people need to reread the article!!! He was charged with 2 counts of rape and 16 other felonies a TOTAL OF 18 FELONIES. In just about EVERY state in the union committing a crime with a gun means extra time and he was likely charged with kidnapping or criminal confinement which are both highly rated felonies probably the same class as rape. His lack of remorse is likely the main reason he received the maximum on all counts. Please I am sure if it was ur wife, daughter, sister, or other family member who this happened to and he had the nerve to blame it her u all would be screaming give me just 5 mins with him or lock his ass up forever. I am not understanding what the hell this has to do with race. A rapist is a rapist no matter what color you are or your age. I am trying to get a understanding as to how he can say that the women took advantage of him. If that was the case shouldn’t he be the one crying rape? If it was underage sex then again why was he not the one that is saying he was raped. I am not saying that he was not able to have sex with an adult but how did this come about? Where is his proof that this took place? I feel his age has nothing to do with how many years he got. He deserve to be behind bars and that is reason now that so many go through changes in life because of how the law operates. I can’t believe that some get out due to good behavior. If he got a few years that mean he will be back on the streets doing the same thing while graduating to perhaps murder so that his victims can’t testify against him.
