Miami —  Dolphins wide receiver Brandon Marshall spent Friday night and early Saturday morning in the intensive care unit of a South Florida hospital after being stabbed by a woman, sources told the Miami Herald.

Michi Nogami-Marshall, Marshall’s wife, was arrested and booked on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon in a domestic dispute, according to Broward Sheriff’s Office inmate records.

According to sources, Marshall was transported to Broward General Hospital, which is one of seven Level 1 trauma units in the state of Florida. It is nearly a 30-minute drive from Marshall’s home in Southwest Ranches.
