Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson has admitted to his role in a sex tape, reports E! Online.Follow @newsoneofficial
The former Miami Dolphins receiver can be seen in stills of the, ummm, event, circulating online — featuring him and two women — and he has admitted that it’s him in the midst of growing media speculation.
Both he and ex-wife Evelyn Lozada have addressed it on Twitter. Johnson said that it has not stopped reconciliation efforts with Lozada, who recently lifted a no contact order against Johnson. And the Bronx bombshell said that the tape is “old news” in her circle.
Sources from Johnson’s camp claim that the tape is about 3 years old and are exploring legal options to get the images taken offline.
This isn’t the first time that Johnson has made news because of his enjoyment of “film”; in fact, he once talked about making it a second career if football didn’t work out:
“I’m always looking to a second job. Thinking about going into porn. It’s not funny. I got to earn a living. I’m being serious. I mean, that’s what I would do.”
With that in mind, perhaps the biggest low-key news is that the couple — yes, Chad and Evelyn — are back together, at least in the same residence.
When asked by a fan if he still talked to his ex, Chad had this to say:https://twitter.com/ochocinco/status/283736479811923968
Talk about a quiet move!
Well, we guess all that talk about being a role model, not accepting abuse and “fixing her life” with Iyanla Vanzant might make Lozada a little less likely to talk about going back to Johnson. On a side note, maybe we’ll get to see that shelved “Ev & Ocho” footage after all.
First Chris Brown and Rihanna at the Lakers game, and now this? Maybe it’s the day of second chances.
