Trayvon Martin’s parents help spread the message of peace while visiting Better Family Life’s Peace Festival in support of Michael Brown’s parents. The festival drew hundreds and a handful of celebrities, activists, and politcians including: Reverend Al Sharpton, Rapper David Banner, actor and author Hill Harper, and U.S. Congresswoman Maxine Waters. Michael Brown Sr. spoke briefly asking for a day of calm, on the day of his son’s funeral.
