Tasha Smith is known for her characters in Tyler Perry‘s films like “Why Did I Get Married?” and “Daddy’s Little Girls.” However, she is also part of the Lee Daniels’ camp, appeared on “Empire,” directed last night’s episode of “Star” and knows Jussie Smollett. When it came forward that Smollett was a suspect in the hate crime hoax.

In a new deleted Instagram post, TMZ claims that Smith yanked her “initial” support. She was questioned about not supporting Smollett now that the 16 felony counts are dropped. Smith didn’t have time for the games and said, “Now why you asking people that? That’s like me asking you, about some shit with your family so what’s your problem with your family? Let’s talk about your family. Let’s talk about your mama, your daddy, your brother, your sister — I don’t even know why y’all be trying me like that.”

She ended with, “Kiss my Black ass!”

The actor was indicted by a grand jury on 16 felony counts of disorderly conduct for filing a false police report back on March 8. However, on March 26, the prosecutor dropped all charges.

Smollett’s team released the following statement, “Today, all criminal charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped and his record has been wiped clean of the filing of this tragic complaint against him. Jussie was attacked by two people he was unable to identify on January 29th. He was a victim who was vilified and made to appear as a perpetrator as a result of false and inappropriate remarks made to the public causing an inappropriate rush to judgement.”

The statement continued, “Jussie and many others were hurt by these unfair and unwarranted actions. This entire situation is a reminder that there should never be an attempt to prove a case in the court of public opinion. That is wrong. It is a reminder that a victim, in this case Jussie, deserves dignity and respect. Dismissal of charges against the victim in this case was the only just result. Jussie is relieved to have this situation behind him and is very much looking forward to getting back to focusing on his family, friends and career.”

Since then, people have been delirious. Trifling Trump tweeted this morning, “FBI & DOJ to review the outrageous Jussie Smollett case in Chicago. It is an embarrassment to our Nation!”

Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel babbled at a press conference, “This is a whitewash of justice. A grand jury could not have been clearer.” He also accused Smollett of doing this “all in the name of self-promotion.” In addition, he asked, “Where is the accountability in the system?”

Jussie Smollett has always maintained his innocence and is now asking for an apology from Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the Chicago Police.
