What happens when outsiders to the HBCU community try to impact Black college culture? The answer may not be as straightforward as you think.
Talk show host, political commentator and author Tavis Smiley took to their airwaves last week to continue his criticism of President Obama when it comes to the issue of Black unemployment.
Smiley, who many feel is a member of a tag-team with Cornel West who criticize the president and Rev. Al Sharpton, stopped by our sister Houston radio station TheBox to promote his new book, Fail Up: 20 Lessons on Building Success From Failure.
