New York — Last week, we took to the streets of Harlem to ask residents if they felt former President Bill Clinton changed Harlem in any way since his arrival in 2001.

The overwhelming response was that the former president didn’t help change anything.

Last week, news broke that the William J. Clinton Foundation would be leaving Harlem and moving to a Wall Street office.

Clinton, who came to the neighborhood with his foundation in 2001 to much fanfare, left with much less of it as residents claim they barely, if ever, saw the former president in the neighborhood.
