Zagat launched a new “Spotlight on Harlem” Guide today in a ceremony with Pres. Clinton, Tim & Nina Zagat & Lloyd Williams. The new guide focuses on northern Manhattan from 96th st north and rates restaurants, nightlife shopping & gourmet food/entertainment Harlem Vintage won for best Gourmet Food/Entertainment location and Nectar won for best Nightlife location. The awards were based on cumulative ratings.
