An Ohio grand jury indicted former Franklin County Sheriff's Office deputy Jason Meade, who shot Casey Goodman Jr. six times, including five times in the back, in Columbus on Dec. 4, 2020.
Tamala Payne said her son, Casey Goodson, Jr., "was murdered in cold blood, and we don't have no answers as to why he was murdered."
