Torrance cops Matthew Concannon and Anthony Chavez pleaded not guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death of Christopher Deandre Mitchell.
Torrance police officers were charged for allegedly spray-painting a swastika inside an impounded car. Other cops got suspended for racist messages they're accused of sending each other. Now, hundreds of cases they were involved in are under review.
