What happens when outsiders to the HBCU community try to impact Black college culture? The answer may not be as straightforward as you think.
Morgan State University will receive a substantial portion of a $95.8 million five-year grant from NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
The grant will allow the East Baltimore school to conduct research supporting NASA’s Earth and space science projects and…“increase the involvement of minority and women scientists in earth science research.”
The grant is the largest in Morgan State University’s 144-year history.
