Black life is worthless in this world. Can you imagine of that was Casey Anthony and that brother was accused of murdering her? The bail would have probably been the highest in recorded history. IF this brother is guilty of the murder, I hope he is put to death immediately. If he is only guilty of selling her to someone else, I hope he informs the authorities, so the both of them could be put death immediately.

Honestly, I’m sure NOT ONE person will agree with me on this, but I think Ms. Davis needs some serious help. The point I’m trying to make is by example of what “normally” happens once the criminal justice systems gets folks behind bars. No one in their right mind is going to put up 50k cash bond on a mother accused of a heinous crime such as this one. I’m thinking a corporate bond would be about $500.
which might be tough for some to come up with but it’s do-able. For her to be able to even get out of jail to await trail is questionable. She’s a flight risk, for sure. So, something’s not being said. Why is the dad being left out of prosecution? He knew the mom was worthless, turns the child over to her and thirty days later the child is dead. He should be prosecuted for wreck-less endangerment at bare minimum.

constantprogres, Now we dont know the father personally, But in his defense I can say that NO COURT is hardly willing and ready to give a child to the father. I have known of a father working as a manager in a food establishment with his own residence and trying to get his daughter from the mother who lived with 6 relatives, no job, didnt grad from high school and had 2 other kids, and the court left the child with the mother because they feared the father “wouldnt know how to raise a female child alone”…The ‘justice’ system does NOT like fathers for some reason….

This is a classic case of the criminals being look after first before the victims and family (of victims). There is no way the mother could go back to her community since everybody there was sick to their stomachs and at a wake for the child with the father.
