Police Say Puerto Rican Panty Raider Stole 88 Panties

Puerto Rico police said they have arrested a man accused of snatching 88 pieces of underwear from a neighbor’s clothesline. The man was charged with theft and illegal appropriation. Police said Wednesday that he returned all $1,000 worth of underwear to the woman.

They said he stole the items from his 29-year-old neighbor over a period of several months in the rural town of Orocovis. She apparently had to keep buying more to replace those that vanished from her line.

He was jailed Tuesday pending a $20,000 bond.

    One thing to say…CULOOOO. Just kidding. That was a joke. Seriously, I think this guy was sick and he’s reaping the consequences of his actions. What the heck was he doing with all those draws?! Dang. Fifty eleven pairs of draws in his house? Was he making a quilt? LOL! Ole girl next door had to know something was up. 1000 dollars worth of her bloomers vanishing over a month. You’d think she’d set up a cam. I’m sure they don’t have raccoons on P. Rico. This is crazy.

    He was obviously looking to smell some crotch. Why smell soapy crotch? I think his goal was to smell some of that 8 day old sweaty vag cottony crotch.
    I’d chalk his foolishness up to bad planning & horrible preparation. He obviously needed an advisor in plotting out his heinous deeds.

    She shouldn’t have kept hanging them outside once she noticed they were stolen and this all happened over several months..come on now..what the hell is wrong with HER as well as him???
