Black Anti-Obama Protesters March On White House

WASHINGTON — Decrying Barack Obama as “white power in black face,” hundreds of African-Americans marched on the White House Saturday to protest policies of the first black US president, and demand that he bring US troops home.

More than 200 people gathered for the first public demonstration by African Americans against the Obama administration since his historic inauguration in January, and slammed the president for continuing what they described as Washington’s “imperialist” agenda around the world.

“We recognize that Barack Hussein Obama is white power in black face,” civil rights activist Omali Yeshitela, chairman of the Black is Back coalition which arranged the protest, called into a megaphone as the group marched outside the mansion’s gates.

“He is a tool of our imperialist enemies and we demand our freedom. And we demand that Obama withdraw all the troops from Afghanistan right now.”

When all the Obama supporters finally see that he is a House Negro Puppet for the Imperialist Oppressive U.S. government, are you going to apologize for dissing this Coalition that tried to inform you and stand up for you?

those people are sad…. other races are sitting back reading this like see it was only a matter of time before they turned on each other and look!!!! a big reason african americans dont move forward is because we hold each other back with our divisive ways!!!!! theres never full out unity!!!!! if you look at latinos!!! no matter what they have each others backs!!!! and so do white people in some ways>>> but us africans americans will put each other down faster then anybody else!!!! and we wonder why its taking us so long to progress!!!! smh

Black ppl r so sensitive it’s like no 1 can say anything bad about President Obama. I mean even though Bush did what he wanted 2 do ppl did give him hell everywhere he went. I’m actually divided on this 1 cause Obama hasn’t been in2 office long, but honestly what has he done 4 his ppl? DON’T WORRY I’ll WAIT! I mean he said NO 2 reparations! wow!! Such anger and hate is not good. Wanting justice is great, but we must come together as Americans and not as a bunch of people who Hyphenate whom their are. Either we are Americans or we are not. One or the other. We can not expect others to treat us as Americans and give up the full protection of the Constitution if we don’t first of all call ourselves Americans.

Now we have to come together and demand that the people who are racist, be fired and if they do something wrong they get the full protection of the Constitution and when found guilty they go to jail for the maximum time that the law will allow. All hate and anger is going to do for you is nothing, but eat you up and kill you. Find a better way of channeling your anger.

the person who commented below me(0vancouverhurts) is just as slow as the people rallying. The troops cannot be withdrawn all at once. Troops were dispatched gradually to go over there and they must leave in that same manner. That is what is being done now. Leaving all at once just is not an option now. It would show a lack of control and therefore be viewed as a sign of weakness in the other gov’t’s eyes. That would most likely mean that an attack on American soil would be soon to follow(and that rarely happens, but if other countries see weakness they will think it’s ok to move in on us. So understand that everything in gov’t takes time. There are processes on top of processes. Even Obama can’t just go in and shut it all down and make his own rules, that isn’t how it works, However he is slowly making changes. Now if there is going to be an article on Obama I think it should be about our president’s constantly wavering view on homosexuality. He wasn’t with it, now he is, but he isnt. that is a real issue to me.

I think this protest is excellent and I hope the u.s troops return from afghantistan to america back to where they belong. Always stand for what you believe.
