First off…..WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE A CHILD ALONE IN A CAR!!!!!!! What the hell!!! Stories like this bother me because it honestly breaks my heart to see bad things like this happen to chilren. I’m going to keep her family in my prayers and pray for a safe return for this little girl!!!!

I hope she is found and my prayers are with her and her family but the first thing i thought when i read she was left alone was why in the hell would anyone leave their 2 year old in a car alone……don’t matter for what you need to get……bring your child into the store, i’ve never left my child in the car even to pay the gas. I was approached once at a convience store by a lady who said to me “oh honey, no need to wake your baby up to go inside, i will watch her for you as you go in” UM HELLO doesn’t that sound like you want to watch me go inside and you snatch my baby. Thanks but no thanks~! How am i going to allow a complete stranger to watch my child as i go inside for some milk. I don’t need milk that bad.
I’m sad that an adorable child is missing and i feel sad for the mother because i am sure that she is regretting now her choice.

But, i will say though that they do not alert folks or air missing children reports like they do white children, shoot i’m white and i think its unfair and i can’t even answer why they are like that.

I posted this on my facebook page…and I’m hoping that others follow. At least this way, we can spread the word ourselves!!!

im praying she is found safe and sound! the lord is watching over her. i hope to hear a happy ending for this little girl’s story. the world we live in is so crazy people taking children, killing, and even raping lord please watch over this little girl and send her home…

Sometimes you have to demand attention for it to go national… but it is on the web – it is on the FBI list – it is in the local newspapers -So why didn’t NEWSONE but this up last Tuesday when everything was happening, LET IT BE SOME CELEBRITY BREAKING A NAIL – or some Rapper doing something -THEN NEWSONE HAS IT AS A MAJOR NEWS EVENT… my heart goes out to the family as well as prayers since the babysitter’s story of the abduction is not standing up… much love to you all and I PRAY she is found safely…

The media is too busy talking about Beyonce’ needing a root job to care about REAL ISSUES. I pray this baby girl is reunited with her family soon. Poor punkin…. :(

It’s really sad that we live in a world where celebs are more important than an innocent baby girls life. Who cares about the lives of Usher, Beyonce, Chris Brown, and the other top headliners that were put before this child. Entertainment needs a reality check. Lord bring this child home safely,my prayers are with the family. Why didn’t this young black missing baby girl get the attention that so many others have gained? Media is stuck on 8 rich kids well being and not that of an innocent missing child.

I have never understood why a child 3000 miles from me is national news unless there is something I can do about it. for instance, through my contributions to world hunger organizations I can help starving children. To me a white child in Florida or a white teenager in Aruba are not my concern and are not national news.

If you are not in Amber alert range its not news for you it’s more like staring at the traffic accident when you pass by the emergency vehicles.

As for the teenager in Aruba–a cautionary tale. Don’t do this ladies because they may never find the body.

We she white children on national news all the time and for years but only black ones when they’ve been killed. Call it as I see it.

That’s exactly how you should see it. I know we are a peaceful and docile race, but these are our children. The only time and i mean the only time this becomes a problem is when we shout enough so that the media gets a hold of it.
You do not have to depend on Nancy Grace (I’ve had my suspicion about her when she was on Cochran and Grace-my call nobody else but mine), you can put pressure on the local media and constantly keep calling put out fliers, knock on doors, do not wait for the other establishment to come forward and start a search drive get down in your gut, and you can feel it, We have to do this ourselves.
Believe you me, this happen to me back in 2000, and I went toe to toe with the Police, and when we found her they were piss, they thought they had another Black Killer, Well when they ran my record, there was none except the fact of serving within the US Military with a seal Record book, the funny side to this was that the Children God Father was on the force and he warn them that make sure because he is not the average Black Man, he’s Cherokee and African American, I made one phone call, got a lot of them in trouble, they did not like it, but I told those two eager cops anytime they wanted to meet me in a fair fight both of them against me, we could go right out to Camp Pendleon, and that they would not WIN. For this reason, I say trust no one i they are not truly for your best interest in this matter, and make sure that you get honest help, those who wish to see a resolution. How can we complain about the white media not doing anything about finding “our” missing children? We as a people must unite to do things for ourselves and stop depending on others to take care of “us” and “ours”.
I go from city to city and here about black owned businesses “that can’t stay open because blacks don’t support their own.” Why don’t we have “our own” network to reach “our” people? We are a very capable people. We have come through many trails and storms to make it where we are today. We don’t need to depend on “Nancy Grace” or any other t.v. face to search for “our” children. We are capable of forming search parties and making our own flyers. But, what happened to the village that is needed to watch out for “our” children? What happened to “supporting our own”? Where will the strength come forward again? I understand that the “black elite” wants to help out in the mother land, but bring some of that money home to help out here in America. We need more than BET and one black radio station per city. Come on people, WAKE UP! Let’s do our own thing. Spike Lee said, “Do The Right Thing”.

i have had this conversation several times with associates of mine. when a white child is missing it is all over the news and amber alerts go out. it is sad that in 09 nothing to much has seemed to change. when a child is missing NO MATTER THEIR RACE they should get the same attention that goes out for the white race. when ethnic children are missing you only see pics of them in the neighborhoods they lived in. all i can really say is GOD HELP US ALL.

Maybe if we all stopped with the white and black issue, we can find the poor missing children. We are no better. We are just looking for the “Missing Black Children” Do we not care about he missing white, yellow, and red children. Wake up all America!

Most if not all those children I’ve never seen a story about ,but when a child name Killey goes missing it’s non stop round the clock reporting.It’s messed up and evil in nature not to report BLACK and any person of color missing.Hope those children are found but it’s not realistic if no one knows or (cares) if their gone missing.

i feel so sad about all the innocent lives that are taken,all the children that are abducted and not yet found,its such a tragedy of what has happend to young jada and many others like her,who’s life was taken at such a young age ,these children never even had a chance ,so i truly believe in a life for a life ,to all the people out there who does all these awful crimes should do life in prison without parole.

This is shocking and disgraceful. I too have not heard a thing or seen it on the news and I reside in NY. As much as people may want to deny it, Black children are not in the news in a helpful way or even to keep the rest of the states informed. When it comes to White children they are plastered all over the place. I saw the white missing children on the news here but none of the Black ones. There is something wrong with this. I feel that when it comes to missing persons regardless of their color it should be fairly publicized and especially more so for missing children. America is awake, it’s just letting too many unfair practices slide by and unless we make some noise, it will not change. I know of what I speak, I had a missing child and no one would help me look for her. The police made it clear they weren’t looking and shocked that I still was. I couldn’t get my daughter on the news because the police have to clear it. They won’t clear what they aren’t looking for. I alone searched for my child, made my own posters and had Missing & Exploited Children Services make flyers of her. They were even shocked that the police hadn’t contacted them or done anything. I searched for 2 months without any assistance from the so called law. You’re dayum right the system is bias! I pray all these children are found safe, as well as I pray that the law is deligently searching for them. But I doubt it.

We might have known about it if BET didn’t sell out to the major media outlets, remember BET News, now those time slots are filled in with reality show ignorance. Like someone else said before, why should we be shocked, WE including myself, need to demand more, and boycott this BS we are force fed, in the entertainment and news industries, that ultimately keep us out the loop and keep us 100 years behind, slavery and segregation of the mind is the profit motive now.

This has really pissed me off. Blacks as a whole have always been treated this way.These beautiful babies deserve the same national attention as anyone else children.Why is their not anything being done to search for our children? We are a race of individuals who have to fight all of our lives. Why are we not fighting for these children. If you are not getting results from local authorities to form a search team to find these babies then we must work as a community and take it to the next level.
