I can believe Bill Clinton made this comment. I always saw Bill Clinton as an outright racist just like Bush. I mean under Bill Clinton more Blacks went to prison that any other administration ever. The CBC went to Pres. Clinton to ask him to repel the unfair sentences laws Crack vs. Cocaine which where clearly racist but Bill refused. Bill Clinton never sacrificed any political capital on Blacks although Blacks called him a Black President. Any those statements Bill Clinton made about Obama dissing Jesse Jackson winning South Carolina in 1984 were calculated moves to stir up racist whites to support his wife. Bill Clinton exposed any good sense that he was a good President to Blacks in that statement. Yet I can’t see why anyone would still be following him or thinking he was good for the country after he only showed lip service. I rank Bill Clinton amongst the smoothest of racists but still a racist.

Not suprised at all. After researching policies that Bill Clinton signed into law. I stopped respecting him. Clinton signed into law that anyone who convicted of a drug charge will be ineligible for federal financial aid to attend college. This law affects Black people mostly.
