Soulful R&B crooner Keyshia Cole (pictured) was reportedly arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of battery, after an early Friday morning altercation involving another woman, Sabrina Mercadel, whom she reportedly found at the exclusive condominium penthouse where her alleged boyfriend, CEO of Cash Money Birdman, resides, according to TMZ.

Cole, who is in the throes of divorcing her estranged husband of three years and Father of her son, former NBA star Daniel Gibson, allegedly popped up at the penthouse of Birdman, whose actual name is Bryan Williams, at around 5 a.m. Friday morning and found Mercadel coming out of a bathroom. Mercadel, who has reportedly known the multi-millionaire record executive since they were children, is an employee at Birdman’s label and has worked there for over a decade.
When the former reality star saw Mercadel, she reportedly lost it, allegedly attacking the woman and leaving bruises and scratches all over her face.
The LAPD was summoned, and Cole was reportedly taken in to custody, where she also had an outstanding warrant for reckless driving.
The 32-year-old Grammy Award-nominated artist was released on a $46,000 bail and will face an arraignment later on this year.
