Hey POTUS, this is how it’s done.

Basically, that’s the message Michelle Obama had for her husband in her ne w workout video for fitness initiative #GimmeFive. Last week, President Obama issued a challenge to the First Lady via Twitter in which workout partner, Joe Biden, joins him for a jog through the White House.

Proof that even leaders of the free world must find time to stay in shape. In response, Mrs. Obama shared a video of her top five workout moves. While the President didn’t break a sweat during his workouts, the FLOTUS can be seen kicking boxing bags, jumping rope, and lifting a medicine ball.

Her final piece of fitness advice? “Drink up.” Watch Michelle Obama kick butt in the #GimmeFive workout video above.
